2. Website access and hosting via Aruba
When this website is accessed, technical access data may be processed, in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. This processing serves the secure and technically functional operation of the website and troubleshooting. The website is hosted via Aruba. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional website).

3. External fonts (Google Fonts)
This website loads Google Fonts directly from servers operated by Google or Google Ireland Limited. When the fonts are loaded, your device's IP address is transmitted to Google. 4. Booking via Cal.com
This website contains only an external link to Cal.com. The booking form is not embedded in this website. Only when you open the link and book an appointment will the data you enter, in particular your name, email address, preferred time and any further information, be processed by Cal.com. Cal.com’s privacy policy also applies to that processing.
Where the booking serves to prepare or perform a styling service, the processing is based on taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing the contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5. Payments via Stripe
For payments, you are redirected to a payment page provided by Stripe. Stripe processes the data required for payment, in particular identity, contact, transaction and payment data. Complete payment and card details are not stored on this website. Stripe’s privacy policy also applies.
Processing is carried out to execute the payment and the contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where legally required, to comply with legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Confirmation that customers agree to the applicable terms may be documented together with booking and payment data where necessary to evidence the contract and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. No analytics or marketing services
To the best of our current knowledge, this website does not use analytics, advertising, retargeting or newsletter services. Cal.com and Stripe are used only when you access the relevant booking or payment functions.
7. Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Booking, communication, contractual and payment data may be retained for longer where required by statutory retention obligations, contract administration or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
8. Recipients and transfers
Recipients may include the hosting provider Aruba and, when the relevant functions are used, Cal.com and Stripe. The respective providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy information and applicable law. Data is transferred only where necessary for the relevant purpose or legally permitted.
